The Role:
The Apprentice will work in the Learning and Development team within Organisational
development to support the delivery of a comprehensive training offer to staff and
partner agencies.

The role will be developmental, where individuals will build on their existing knowledge, work experience and skills within learning and development to gain essential knowledge and skills in contract management, procurement, finance, events management, designing and evaluating learning and development initiatives and project management.
About You:
- You will develop the required behaviours to confidently coordinate learning and
development across a large organisation whilst liaising with a range of
stakeholders.
- You will have an understanding of the learning and development function and its
role in an organisation
- You will have experience of dealing with the public or service users and internal
customers, providing a high level of customer service
Additional salary details
- 5 GCSEs at grades A – C including Maths and English
- 21 month Apprenticeship
- You will be completing the below apprenticeship:
Learning & Development Practitioner Level 3
Salary range:
The salary range for this position is: £28,977 - £32,205
