About You:
- You will develop the required behaviours to confidently coordinate learning and
development across a large organisation whilst liaising with a range of
stakeholders.
- You will have an understanding of the learning and development function and its
role in an organisation
- You will have experience of dealing with the public or service users and internal
customers, providing a high level of customer service
Additional salary details
- 5 GCSEs at grades A – C including Maths and English
- 21 month Apprenticeship
- You will be completing the below apprenticeship:
Learning & Development Practitioner Level 3
Salary range:
The salary range for this position is: £28,977 - £32,205
