We are looking for a committed individual to join a Learning and Development team which provides professional learning and development services to 4,500 staff; we have a central role in helping staff gain the knowledge, skills and behaviours to be motivated and productive at work.
It is our job to get the best out of the workforce and support them to develop their skills. We’re a friendly team committed to developing people, and that includes you! We will help you achieve your goals by providing support and encouragement to gain the Level 3 Learning and Development Practitioner accreditation over the course of your apprenticeship.
