We are looking for lawyers who are not just good on the technical aspects of the law, but can work alongside our social workers to focus on finding solutions.
You’ll find all the challenge and variety you need in this role – plus significant autonomy. You'll also be supported to continue with your development, to make sure you have the skills needed for the way we work.
It’s a challenging role, but you will be part of a large supportive team. If you have not worked for a council before, that's ok. You’ll be knowledgeable about child protection and care proceedings. Above all, you’ll need to be a resilient and organised team player with a commitment to getting the best outcome in absolutely every case.

Salary + Market factor at 5%, and benefits up to the value of £2,327 p.a. pro rota - this incentive is a non cash payment.
