We are looking for experienced HR professionals with an impressive track record gained in a strategic and technical subject matter, expertise, advice, guidance and management of Industrial Relations and Trade Union frameworks and operations. You’ll have the credibility and confidence together with a detailed understanding of complex, public sector organisation combined with the ability to pro-actively lead on Employee Relations Policy and Practice development and review in line with Employment Law best practice developing professional practice across the HR team.

You will design, develop and deliver HR strategy, policies, procedures and systems that facilitate constructive and supportive employee and industrial relations aligned with delivery of the councils overall workforce strategy and people plans.
