The Role
We are looking to recruit an experienced complaints Investigator.
If you can demonstrate a real commitment to improving services and working with the public then we have an exciting and varied role for you.
We are looking for a clear knowledge of current policy/legislation affecting local authorities and an understanding of approaches and techniques to ensure service and process improvement.
The role works across the Council with an aim to delivering excellent customer service and tangible improvements.
About You:
You will need to demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of complaints processes together with an understanding of mechanisms for dispute resolution and systems of redress within the local government setting.
