The Role:
The Integrated Community Equipment Service (ICES) is a highly complex service/contract that spans Adult Social Care, Health, Children’s services and Education. The activity within the service is multi-faceted and the Data Analyst role utilises data analytical skills to develop demand reporting to support service delivery.
As well as the development of reports, the Data Analyst role is required to manage day-day account functions including setting up prescribers on the ordering system, training and support for new users, and ensuring equipment is collected when it is no longer required
About You:
This role supports the vision by contributing to the information and intelligence about the performance of services and by providing evidence for service improvements. We are looking for an organized and self-motivated individual to support our small but supportive team.
