We are looking for an experienced HR professional who is a completer finisher, with an impressive track record gained in leading on excellent HR customer service and managing a transactional team ensuring best practices are applied to the processing of all transactions and basic advice for general basic employee relations, changes to pay, terms and conditions of service and recruitment administration. You’ll have the credibility and confidence together with a detailed use of HR systems and databases, team management within a complex organisation, combined with the ability to lead a first class customer orientated service.

You will lead a small and dedicated team to improve and develop the HR transactional function and processes. Being the first point of contact for our customers, supporting managers in all aspects of frontline HR advice and process, with involvement in and responsibility for developing the whole service, maximising the use of technological solutions to enhance the HR offer.
