The Role:
This is a key role within the Housing and Modernisation department where as HR Systems and Data Manager you will develop and deliver HR IT Systems, programmes and projects to support the overall contribution of the HR service to the council.
You will provide technical and professional advice on the use of, interpretation of, and analysis of data from HR IT systems and other data sources across the Council in order to inform, shape and improve strategic and operational HR advice and associated procedures and policies.
