The role:

We are seeking to appoint four HR Assistant positions. We have two roles that will sit as part of our HR Operations Service assisting colleagues within our HR Transaction team and we have two roles within our HR Business Partnering Service assisting with our ER activities and BP activities.

The focus in all roles is to assist with the day to day demands, this may include answering internal customer enquiries, working across our HR teams to assist and support on relevant tasks, preparing documents and drafting/issuing letters, learning more about the role of HR and developing skills and knowledge.

About you:

You will be committed to learn and have a interest in HR, you will be able to solve problems, ask questions and work effectively with others. We will be looking for someone with strong digital skills who is able to use Microsoft word and excel well and be able to navigate a number of our HR Systems comfortably.

You will be proactive, able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment and be able to demonstrate successfully the ability to manage competing priorities.

You will be confidence in talking to others and having conversations with customers that may sometimes be difficult, you will have a strong focus on customer service and be willing to learn new things.
