This role is essential to supporting the Head of Schools HR and the team deliver an effective HR service to Southwark schools.
About Schools’ HR Team
Southwark Schools Human Resources is an established service, providing a traded HR service to schools in Southwark. Our schools value our support and input and because we are part of the Education service, we are able to contribute to supporting school improvement outcomes for our children in Southwark. Our work is varied and diverse and you will have the opportunity to learn and take on a wide range of HR work.
We are now looking to recruit an HR Administrator to join us, as we continue on our journey of growth as a team.

About You
The role would suit someone with excellent IT skills as well as the ability to build relationships and be an effective communicator. You will ideally have previous administrative experience and enjoy having a varied role. Your work will include the following areas: HR Administration, DBS/Barred List checks, Website, Data, Finance, Learning and Development, Service Level Agreement, etc.
