The role
This is a new and exciting opportunity to lead and develop an innovative and enhanced Healthier Catering Commitment scheme with Southwark Council and Guy’s & St Thomas’ Charity.
As an active and enthusiastic individual with excellent project management skills, you will be supporting local food businesses to improve the diet of their customers whilst generating new business for healthier options. This will involve the provisions of expert advice, guidance and support to both new and existing food businesses in the borough.
You will be working in an exciting and diverse inner London borough and joining a Council that is committed to improving health outcomes for all residents. You will be working with Officers from the Council’s Food Safety team and Public Health division as well as Guy’s & St Thomas’ Charity.
