The Role:

A Graduate Surveyor in the Sustainable Growth team in the Environment, Neighbourhoods and Growth Department.

This is a two year fixed contract

The team is involved in a range of activities across the Borough including project management of building contracts, acquisition of land and property and facilitating development by the private and voluntary sectors.

The post holder will work with a team of four surveyors on a range of initiatives including land and property acquisition, valuation, granting of leases and addressing barriers to development.

About you:

The post holder will be keen to embark on a career in both local government and property surveying. They will want to work across the board covering land acquisition, valuation and facilitating land development. They will want to work within a wider team bringing about major private and public investment in key projects such as Canada Water and Elephant and Castle.
