Graduate Commercial Property Management Surveyor – Portfolio Management Team
Southwark’s commercial estate comprises an interesting and diverse portfolio of properties located across the borough – from Thame-side locations at Bankside in the North, to Dulwich in the South. Properties includes shops, offices and industrial units, together with miscellaneous properties including galleries, theatres (including Shakespeare’s Globe), nurseries, charity offices and heritage buildings/museums.
We are looking for a graduate general practice commercial property surveyor to assist in the management of our commercial estate, where your principal duties will include the letting of vacant commercial property; commercial landlord & tenant rent reviews and lease renewals, and general commercial property management work.
You will be hold a degree in commercial property estate management and are likely to have started, or to be in the process of starting your RICS APC programme. Alternatively, you will be well experienced in managing commercial property, and will be able to demonstrate proven experience in undertaking commercial rent reviews, lease renewals, lettings, and in general commercial property estate management practice.
