We have been given the opportunity to develop interventions to help new rough sleepers, or people at imminent risk of sleeping rough, get the rapid support they need to recover and move-on from a rough sleeping crisis.
To continue to meet the challenges ahead, Housing Solutions are currently looking for a committed and enthusiastic individuals to join us.
As a Gateway Housing First Officer you will provide a flexible person centred approach to support homeless clients with multiple and complex needs accepted for a Housing First service.
Your personalised support will enable the customers to sustain a tenancy and address any other needs that are identified.
If you have experience of casework with vulnerable people with multiple complex needs and working in partnership with a variety of agencies to meet the needs of this customer group we would like to hear from you.
Please note: This role will require an Enhanced DBS.
