If so, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Safeguarding & Family Support Service to work as part of an integrated team to promote the well-being, social and emotional development, achievement, positive behaviour and safety for children and young people.

About You:
You should be committed to working with vulnerable children, young people and their caregivers.
You will be working closely with social workers using integrated tools and processes (Assessment Framework, Team Around the Child/Family) to support families with a variety of needs, providing advice, practical support and guidance to achieve positive outcomes for families.
You will use a range of professional skills, including consultation, assessment, intervention planning, delivery and review to co-ordinate support, empower parents and facilitate key transitions for children and families.
You will be a team player with excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and be able to maintain accurate records and reports to quality standards.

This a is x2 Full-time Permanent positions, 36 hours, Monday - Friday
