Salary range:

The salary range for this position is:£47,043 - £54,135

 

The Role:

The EFH and Missing Team is a specialist systemic team embedded within Children’s Social Care. The team’s work primarily focuses on children and young people aged 11 to 17 year olds who are at risk of extra-familial harm. The Team works with our statutory and non-statutory social care teams and the wider multi-agency partnership to lead and develop the whole Borough response to children at risk of exploitation and harm outside the home, contextual safeguarding, and those children and young people who go missing from home and care.

The team is overseen by a Team Manager within a small tightly supervised unit. Intervention and support derives from a clear process of systemic analysis including access to a clinical practitioner

About You

As the EFH Practice Lead, you will need to be ambitious for yourself, our services and most importantly our children, young people and their families.

We are accepting applications from qualified social workers currently employed within any area of Southwark Children’s Social Care. In order to apply you will need to be a permanent employee with at least two years of post-qualifying experience.
