The Role:
Join our dedicated team as a Sheltered Housing Officer, where you will deliver an efficient, responsive, and sensitive enhanced housing management service for our sheltered housing customers. Your work will continually improve the satisfaction of services for older and vulnerable residents, while maximizing opportunities to coordinate and collaborate with key partners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Deliver an efficient and responsive housing management service that meets the needs of sheltered housing customers.
- Continually improve service satisfaction for older and vulnerable residents.
- Monitor and maintain the health and safety of sheltered housing tenants, minimizing or removing potential risks.
- Work closely with sheltered housing tenants, colleagues, and relevant agencies to ensure a safe and secure living environment across all sheltered housing schemes.
- Collaborate with key partners and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and support for tenants.

- Experience working with older people and an understanding of the challenges facing inner London boroughs.
- Ability to work effectively and fairly with people from diverse backgrounds.
-Proven ability to meet deadlines and targets while maintaining high standards.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
