Our team of operatives are at the heart of what we do, working across the borough everyday delivery quality cost effective repairs, making recommendations for additional works and having honest and open chats with our residents to continue to build a reputation for quality alongside customer service that exceeds expectations.

About You:

We’re looking for people to join our team who have completed a City & Guilds 2361 Part 1 and 2 and Level 2 and 3 and City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing.

Whilst we want you to do what’s needed to get the job done for our residents you’ll also need to work well to procedures and be happy with new and changing technologies. Health and safety is really important to us and our residents so we’ll need you to be up to date on the current legislation and ways of working and be keen to keep learning through best practice and continuing development. You’ll also need a full UK driving license.
