About the Role:

The Digital Transformation Officer roles is to work on delivering our digital change programme. This role will involve user research, monitoring, partnership working and working with consultants as well as working with the planning and digital teams at the council. Suitable candidates should be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of digital transformation particularly an understanding of how the technology can be used to transform services.

About you:

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Officer with technology and IT skills to work on transforming the planning service in Southwark Council. alongside the planning digital team leader. 

This position would suit an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated person with good digital, agile, ICT, oral and written communication skills. You will have experience of engaging with a range of customers and demonstrate good team work ethics.
