Southwark Council is seeking a passionate and dynamic Digital Transformation Manager to help lead our journey into the future of digital governance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital transformation across various divisions by identifying opportunities for process improvements and system upgrades.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of new application and back-office systems focused on efficiency and open data handling.
  • Ensure data-driven analysis, automated monitoring, and insightful reporting are integral to all projects.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver seamless user experiences and meet corporate targets.
  • Lead the design and testing of a new, government-funded digital planning program.

How will you make an impact as our Digital Transformation Manager?

  • Proven experience managing multiple digital transformation projects with clear, measurable business value.
  • Strong project management and business transformation expertise, with a passion for delivering innovative digital solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of tailoring your approach to meet diverse needs.
  • Strong knowledge of data handling and digital skills, with a desire to continue learning and expanding your expertise.
  • This role offers flexible home working blended with travel into our London Bridge HQ.
