The Digital Content Officer is a key role in our new Technology and Digital service, responsible for the management of updates, content improvements to Southwark’s corporate website, intranet and other key websites.
The post holder will have an excellent eye for detail, design and writing skills, and will be updating content, analysis web statistics, using platforms such as Google Analytics and user experience and feedback to ensure the website is easily accessible and useable for our residents, business users, and visitors.
We want someone who has a passion for web systems and content, ensuring the very best information is presented to our residents, businesses and customers.
