We’re looking for Deputy Team Managers – also known as a Senior Social Workers – to join our Adult Social Work Services. This role offers the best of both worlds: the opportunity to hold a meaningful, senior position while remaining close to frontline practice and the people we support.
You’ll be a vital part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team, working alongside skilled colleagues to support adults with physical disabilities, older people, adults with dementia, and carers. You’ll bring your expertise and leadership in practice to complex cases, support less experienced team members, and contribute to a collaborative, supportive culture.

Who We're Looking For
You’ll be an experienced and confident social worker who is:
- a qualified and registered Social Worker.
- experienced, with post-qualification training or equivalent expertise in a relevant field.
- knowledgeable about current and emerging adult social care legislation
- skilled in managing complex cases and safeguarding work
- a strong communicator who supports colleagues and promotes best practice
- committed to high standards of care and person-centred support
- ready to step into a senior position within a supportive team
