The Role:

This role sits within the street lighting team of Asset management services.

You will be responsible for the delivery of the lighting and electrical capital programmes.

This will involve a large lantern and column replacement scheme. This will include management of structural and electrical testing, profiling of budgets and prioritisation of spend.  

You will be responsible for material procurement, management and delivery of works within our depot in central London. There will be a requirement to attend the depot and site. 

To manage staff and ensure compliance in regards to Health and safety and relevant council policies.

To engage and update relevant stakeholders including residents via digital platforms, such as the website and social media. 

To be responsible for capital spend and be able to manage a £6million portfolio, with the relevant experience in financial forecasting and expenditure monitoring, feeding in to a wider capital update for our Council plan. 

To be an advocate and leader in ensuring diversity and inclusion of all staff, residents and stakeholders in all we do.
