The Role:

We are seeking a parking debt manager to assist in managing contracted Enforcement Agents (bailiff companies) assisted by 4 team members. The post is based in London Bridge at our Tooley Street offices.

You will contribute to maximise recovery of parking & traffic debt, including providing excellent customer service to our residents & vulnerable debtors using your knowledge of relevant legislations.

You will use your IT (reporting skills including XL & Power BI), people skills and knowledge to manage a variety of activities including leading a team to deal with contracted enforcement agents, parking contractor and customer complaints to improve the recovery of parking & traffic debt.

To ensure that service targets are met and continuous improvement is achieved. 
An essential part of the role is to keep up-to-date with knowledge of the legal framework, parking & traffic enforcement and Enforcement Agents including Government guidelines and statistical returns.

Additional salary details
