As a Day Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our facilities across Southwark. Your responsibilities will include supervising a team of cleaners, coordinating cleaning schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate a team of cleaners to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Plan and coordinate cleaning schedules to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of all designated areas.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards and health and safety regulations.
  • Train and mentor cleaning staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Liaise with management and other departments to address cleaning-related issues and requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations.
