Salary range:

The salary range for this position is:£35,862 - £40,005

 

The Role:

The vision for Adult Social Care is to enable people with care and support needs and their carers to live healthy, independent and fulfilling lives in their community. We will achieve this by putting their well-being and safety at the centre of our work and doing what we can to prevent, reduce and delay the need for care and support through well-coordinated, personalised health and social care services

This role supports the vision by contributing to the information and intelligence about the performance of services and by providing evidence for service Improvements.

About You:

The team are looking for an energetic enthusiastic professional, who appreciates the value of evidence based information to help the department improve outcomes for vulnerable adults. The ideal person will understand the value of team work, and be able to contribute significantly to the performance, development and quality team, as well as the overall work of the business.
