The Role:
We have one part time vacancy (21 Hours) to fill in our My Southwark Homeowners Customer Service Telephone contact centre team
The role will include you working within our offices, where your duties will include working directly with customers, assisting them to access a wide range of council services and updating and maintaining computerised record systems at our busy telephone Contact Centre in Peckham.
You will also benefit from attending workshops and other training activities to develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours attributes.
