The Role:

To manage the Council’s responsibility with regards to customer relations surrounding works to the council’s housing stock, primarily in the fields of domestic electrical installations and/or district heating. To ensure that relationships are developed at area and community level.

To monitor customer care and relations and to propose appropriate corrective action as required to achieve customer satisfaction. To manage customer consultation events and processes.

About You:

You must also have an experience in customer care duties including dealing with correspondence, raising works orders and updating technical databases.

You will have excellent communications skills, be flexible and pride yourself on getting the job done. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to solve problems are essential.

Additional salary details
