As a Compliance Adviser in our newly established Resourcing service, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for hiring managers and candidates. Integral to the team’s success, you’ll be responsible for conducting pre-employment checks (Right to Work, DBS, References, etc.), issuing contracts, and ensuring timely communications of candidate’s onboarding status.
However, this role is more than just employment checks; it’s about creating a best-in-class Resourcing function, achieved by developing our technology systems, ensuring clearly defined recruitment processes, and committing to continuously improving our methods and practices.

About You:
To be successful, you’ll have a background in HR, Organisational Development, or a similar field. Having gained exposure of various recruitment/ resourcing processes, you’ll have a good understanding of the pre-employment/ onboarding journey and what it involves.
You’ll also be able to evidence the ability to work under pressure whilst ensuring accuracy and efficiency, delivering a exceptional service in a high-volume environment.
