The Role:
The Complex Case team brings multi-agencies together on behalf of our clients in order to achieve the best possible outcomes. Working alongside RSO’s, health practitioners, SASBU, Adults and Childrens services, voluntary and statutory bodies, Councillors, MPs, advice bureaus, departmental officers, benefit agencies, probation services etc.
This current post is for a 12 month fixed term contract.
The Complex Case team is a floating support service based within Resident Services. Providing excellent, tailor made support for vulnerable residents who have a multitude of complex issues.
About You:
Any successful candidate would need to be dedicated to Southwark’s Fairer Future principles when working within the Complex Case client group. With an excellent knowledge of tenancy management and the support services internal and external to the Council. A none judgemental, problem solving approach to working with our service users will be the key attribute being sought out for this role. As well as an ability to manage a challenging and diverse caseload.
