The Role:

You will be responsible for the day to day cleaning service managing up to cleaning staff, ensuring they have all the correct equipment to carry out their daily tasks, arranging cover for staff absences.

Supervision of staff will include managing works schedules, induct, train and oversee team performance, ensuring all staff and service delivery adheres to health and safety legislation, COSHH and other relevant legislation and practices, ensuring Industry best practice is embedded into how team members work and service delivered.

About You:

Able to operate computer systems, prepare reports, resolving queries and dissatisfaction responding in writing where required should be within your range of experience.
