You will need to be a qualified solicitor or CILEX, with experience in care proceedings, most likely gained through representing parents or children or a local authority.   You will be expected to manage a caseload of matters, with some support from our legal assistants.   You will be an organised and capable lawyer who really wants to make a difference to the lives of vulnerable children and families.  We are really keen to hear from candidates who relish the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills further in this area of law.
