The role
This role involves leading a team who will deliver a programme of projects to transform service delivery and develop a self-sufficient organisation.
You will provide high level professional advice and expertise to shape service design and apply appropriate project management to support the design of innovative services that improve service delivery.
To promote and monitor greater digital take-up, cost savings or revenue opportunities through these programmes. Lead multi-disciplinary teams through the entire design process; from stakeholder management to research, from designing innovative solutions to developing working prototypes ready to be delivered at scale.
To spearhead engagement initiatives visibly championing and encouraging change to achieve self sufficiency, buy-in to strategic priorities and innovation.
To work with senior managers, asking the right questions to inform and support project delivery.
To make sure that support is in place for staff in moving to new ways of working, culture and behaviour change in each project.
Additional details
This is a permanent position with a salary range of £51,663 - £64,725 plus an additional JNC financial benefits package to the value of £2,724 per annum (pro-rata April to March and reviewed annually).
