The Role: Business Support Officer (SMART team)
The SMART (Southwark Monitoring & Alarm Response Team) service has been described as the ‘4th emergency service’. In addition to the London Ambulance Service and Police, we work closely with colleagues in adult social care and health. We provide a service across Southwark and Lambeth Council areas
About You:
As a member of the SMART team, you will be required to provide administrative support and act as a first point of contact from for service users and their representatives. The service uses pendants and other Telecare technology to enable vulnerable people to live more independently.
You will have excellent customer care skills and be able to work in a busy, faced paced environment. Experience of working with and supporting vulnerable people and knowledge of adult social care would be helpful. You will need to be flexible in your approach with excellent organisational skills.
Additional Information:
This is an office base role from our site in Queens Road, Peckham SE15. Hours of work 9am -5pm Monday to Friday
