The Role:
We are looking for a Business Support Officer to join the Rehab and Reablement Team
within the Older Person’s and Physical Disabilities Division in Adult Social Care.
The Business Support Officer will provide effective and efficient business support across the service so that frontline staff can concentrate on delivering the core business function.
The main administrative tasks of this role include maintaining data, running reports on our client database Mosaic, invoice processing, archiving of documents, room bookings, general administrative maintaining financial data on SAP and spreadsheet trackers, producing statistical reports, and dealing professionally with phone calls, emails and other correspondences.
In addition you will act as the first point of contact for general enquires.
You must also have excellent IT skills using MS Word, Excel and spreadsheets. In return we will provide you with an opportunity to learn and develop the option of season ticket loans, a cycle scheme and generous annual leave.
As a frontline service staff are required to attend the office on the regular basis.

About You:
The successful applicant would have substantial experience within an administrative role with a good working knowledge of different computer systems. Knowledge and experience of working with financial data would be highly beneficial. Also, an understanding of disabilities; including autism and learning disabilities, as well as the adult social care sector would be beneficial.
