The Role:
- To provide comprehensive administrative, financial and human resource support for team across the Housing Solutions Business Unit.
- To assist with the development of financial, accounting and administrative systems to deliver value for money and efficiency across the business unit, in particular with its usage of temporary accommodation.
- To log and allocate Members Enquiries, Complaints, FOI, SAR, GDPR as required.
- To provide on daily basis, report on icasework on cases due for officers and managers.
- To support teams in the business unit by, for example, logging cases by scanning, indexing and allocating cases to officers through EDMS. To provide clients details to solicitors as when required and sending acknowledgement letters to customers for reviews team.
About You:
This Business Support Officer role is suitable for a vibrant individual who is passionate about assisting applicants with their financial situations. The role requires initiative and drive in a fast paced environment that is ever changing and adapting to move with the financial climate. The successful candidate will need to be focused and resilient with a skill set to problem solve and provide effective solutions.
Additional Information:
- Hours of work are 36 hours: Monday - Friday
- This is a Secondment until the end of March 2022. Subject to review at this time.
