The Role
The Housing Solutions Service is a dynamic and innovative team with exciting opportunities, new ways of working and a record of delivery. We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Support Officer to join the Business Support Team who is capable of identifying further service improvement opportunities and efficiencies.
Your main responsibilities will be allocating Members’ Enquiries and Complaints and ensuring invoices, specifically accommodation provider invoices, are paid on time and processed with extremely high levels of accuracy.

About You
Our successful candidate will be an experienced IT user, particularly with Excel. A background in finance would be advantageous but not essential. We are seeking individuals with who are happy handling data, with excellent detail orientation and team working skills, who enjoy delivering results in a fast paced and often pressured work environment.
You'll understand customer care delivery and have experience interacting with the public in an advisory or problem solving setting. Strong IT and administration skills are also key to success for this role.

Additional Details

This is a permanent position (subject to probationary period)
Due to the role being part-time we are open to discussions about work patterns, but are aiming for the team to have improved service coverage on Thursdays and Fridays. The role could potentially work well for someone with child care commitments.
