The role
Would you like to work on one of the biggest council house building and regeneration in London?
The Council has an ambitious target to build of 11,000 new homes over the next 30 years and 2500 by 2022. This opportunity is based within New Homes Development Team, which plays a central role in leading the development and regeneration programme. We are looking for an efficient and organised Business Support Officer to provide support to the team, including:
- Processing and monitoring invoices.
- Day to day management of the defects process and problem solving within required
timeframes.
- Dealing with any complaints.
- Liaising with residents and consultants and contractors.
- Scheduling meeting and taking minutes.
About you
Excellent customer care & IT skills are a key requirement for this post along with a keen interest in this area of work. You will be able to work on your own initiative and develop your own understanding to provide the right support at crucial times to support the new homes team.

- This role can be offered on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 Months or as a secondment opportunity for 12 months.
