Southwark’s New Homes Programme
We are looking for a Business Support Manager who will lead a team of Business Support Officers that play an integral role within the team delivering the most ambitious council house building programme anywhere in Britain. With 2,500 homes to deliver by 2022, it’s a big goal and crucial if we’re going to tackle the housing crisis and make sure our residents have quality homes they can be proud of, now and in the future. To meet this challenge we’re looking at new and innovative ways to build more council homes such as building on top of existing blocks, converting disused areas, buying land and delivering new homes as part of major refurbishment or estate regeneration works.
