What are the requirements?

- able to work full time
- willing to learn
- willing to work towards English and Math qualifications whilst on apprenticeship*
*GCSE qualification requirements will vary depending upon apprenticeship level
*English and Math qualifications are a mandatory element of an apprenticeship if not held as a GCSE upon enrolment.

The role
As a Business Support apprentice in Adult Social Care you will be undertaking a range of administrative tasks to assist the service area and support service improvement projects, including, co-ordinating meetings and taking minutes, answering queries via phone, email and in person, using IT systems such as Microsoft Excel and internal databases to input and analyse data.
You will also be supported in completing a Level 3 apprenticeship qualification which will require attending course classes as well as independent and on the job learning.
The apprenticeship pathway you will be completing will be Business Administrator Level 3
