The Role:
My Southwark Homeowners Service (MSHO) is looking to recruit a skilled and highly motivated individual to join a small busy team to provide administrative and project management support to the service.
You will be responsible for providing a wide range of admin tasks including minute meetings, maintaining spreadsheets, scanning of documents, room bookings and general administrative and project work.
You will also work closely with the other teams within MSHO including our Conveyancing Team and Right to Buy Team.
This position offers the opportunity for valuable experience for staff wishing to take on a new challenge.
About You:
To qualify as a business & project support officer you will need to have a sound understanding of GDPR/Data Protection and good organisation/time management skills.
We are looking for individuals with experience of working within a cross-functional team with effective communication skills, verbal and written.
You will be working on own initiative and will be self motivated, committed to providing an effective service to all clients, internal and external.
You will have the ability to use a wide range of computer packages, including MS Office.
You will have good numerical skills to record and process financial transactions while having an understanding and commitment to the SST programme
