The role
The Role:
The Business Analyst provides transformation advice, guidance and support to the organisation. They will identify areas for improvement in terms of process and efficiency and support the development of effective digital solutions to deliver that improvement.
This role is supporting the key services areas of Adult and Children’s Social Care with process and system redesign. This requires a good understanding of social care process and the ability to map existing process and work with users and the business to design new requirements/customer experiences and conducting gap analysis by mapping the ‘As Is’ process and creating the new ‘To Be’ process design for a range of services and products.
You will be working as part of an experienced and skilled technical team so an IT background is not required and an in-depth understanding of social care is more important.

About You:
Do you have extensive social care/ business analysis experience?
Do you have experience in designing customer journeys?
Are you knowledgeable in transformation, service redesign and process mapping?
Additional Information:
- Familiarity with the principles of Agile working would be an advance but is not essential
- Flexible working arrangements
Additional salary details
This is a 12 months fixed term contract and we will only consider applications from internal candidates, that are current employees or agency workers on an active assignment.
