The Role:
This is a rare opportunity based with Southwark’s effective Quality Assurance Unit.
The Audit and Practice Development service focuses on practice evaluation, practice development and pathways in to the social work profession.
The Audit and Learning Administrator provide administrative support for the service which covers auditing, students and Newly Qualified Social Workers and training and development.
This is a busy and varied role which requires great interpersonal and communication skills as wells a detail orientated approach management of spreadsheets and data, supporting the financial process and systems within the service as well supporting each area with generic support and logistics such as room bookings for training, events and recruitment.

About You:
You will be highly organised, personable with a good standard of proficiency in the use of excel, case management systems and Power BI
You will be able to set up and manage core administrative systems, aid with data management and the running reports which includes basic skills visualising data through use of excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.
The right candidate will be the hub for the service and will have a key role in connecting with, and interfacing with colleagues and families.
You will be well supported, so you can in turn provide the team with the support they need to do outstanding work and deliver outstanding services for Southwark’s children, families, carers and communities.
Interview Details - There will be an assessment task relating to use of excel as well as a panel interview.
