The role:
You will be required to procure individual packages of support for children, adults and families including: continuing care and care packages for older people and adults with mental health, learning and/or physical disabilities, requiring specialist assessment. You will contribute information about the quality, availability and sustainability of the market for health and social care services and keep accurate records and reports on placements and financial activities. You will be responsible for maintaining positive working relationships with providers and negotiate care packages. You will have some knowledge and experience of direct payments and have the ability to analyse and interpret information
About you:

You will have some knowledge and experience of direct payments and have the ability to analyse and interpret information. You should possess excellent administrative and numeracy skills and work efficiently to ensure accuracy and attention to detail and have a good knowledge of legislation, policy and financial context of Adult Social Care. For this role, you must be able to communicate confidently and effectively when dealing with the public and other key stakeholders.

Please note this role requires a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at Basic level.
