The Role

Working with a team of Noise Enforcement Officers,  you will be contributing to Southwark Council's, aim to reduce noise within the Borough.

You’ll be the main point of contact, for receiving calls from the Contact Centre regarding noise complaints. As part of the role, you will be prioritising jobs to officer, dealing with investigation and identifying risks for each compliant.   In addition you will be, managing cases loads, advising officers, where possible, solutions including, problem solving, report writing and  further investigations.

You will be required, as part of the service delivery, to participate in a 36 hour week rolling shift pattern.  This will involve working: nights and  weekends.  There are additional payments including in this contract.

Applicants must hold a full driving licence which is valid to drive within the UK and access to a motor car for use at work.

Additional salary details

This role involves working out of hours and weekends.
