The role

Area Cleaning Manager will be Responsible for the provision of the following services:

• Integrated cleaning of streets and estates.
• Effective grounds maintenance on streets and estates
• Inspection and monitoring
• Data collection, analysis and reporting

Responsible for the performance and continual development of the cleaning and grounds maintenance services in Southwark and improving customer satisfaction, both actual and perceived, by residents, tenants and all other stakeholders.

Developing a strong and effective working relationship with the Members, residents and the tenant movement as well as other interested groups in order to fulfil this goal
