Technology & Digital Services sits within the Ustomer Experience Division of the Housing and Modernise department. Modernise provide a joined up service to the business delivering change that affects where and how staff work and what they do.

The Applications Team Leader (CRM Systems) will play a key role in enabling the delivery of this vision.
The Role:
The Team Leader is responsible for the overall delivery of application in the CRM portfolio. They will lead the technical delivery of critical support and project work for relevant applications in the portfolio, as well as ensuring support services are continually developed upgraded and improved.
The Team Leader sets the strategic direction for technical aspects of relevant applications, working with suppliers and other IT colleagues to ensure a robust overall provision is in place. They will initiate and facilitate projects to support technical aspects of the services long term needs.
The Team Leader will have extensive experience managing and developing corporate applications – particular strong knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 and other relevant CRM applications. We need you to be a strong communicator with good knowledge of IT Operations best practice and the principles of managing successful projects.
About You:
You will bring a wealth of experience leading the trouble shooting and resolution of complex support issues within an enterprise environment. As well as:-
- Hold an ITIL or equivalent qualification and be able to demonstrate best practice being deployed.
- Have experience facilitating simple workshops, producing detailed documentation use case, flow charts and options papers.
- Effective collaboration skills with a broad range of staff across the organisation, as well as with suppliers
- Be a recognised expert in Dynamics CRM 365, Power Apps – managing and supporting systems
- Line management experience
- Project Management skills (Prince2/ Agile)
You will bring excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for an innovative problem solver, who can operate effectively in a local government environment, it is therefore essential that you demonstrate an awareness of issues that we face. You will be able to show appropriate vocational or academic qualifications for the post, or equivalent work experience.
