What are the requirements?
- Must be aged 16 or over
- Able to work full time
- Willing to learn
- Willing to work towards English and Maths qualifications whilst on the apprenticeship*
- GCSE and A-level requirements or equivalent qualification level*
The Role:
Do you have a keen interest in learning new IT skills as an apprentice? Are you an excellent time keeper? Do you have good communication skills (both written and oral)? Can you demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and respect for others? Do you have GCSE English and Mathematics at Grade A - C?
If the above sounds like you, then you could apply to be our Apprentice and work in the IT Systems Team for Children's Adults Services. You will be able to learn a variety of key IT skills in business administration such as:
- Logging and responding to a variety of IT service requests from social care and education practitioners.
- Arranging and assisting with the delivery of training IT Training Inductions for new and existing users.
- Supporting the delivery of department project work.
- Working and communicating with colleagues of all levels.
