The role

Are you looking for a new role in an ambitious and driven Technology & Digital Services? We're looking for an Applications Analyst - CRM with Application experience and also local government experience to join our Application Team!

The Applications Analyst is responsible for continual delivery of services, support, maintenance and assisting in projects in relation to the council's CRM Dynamic 365. They will operate as part of a team of specialist analysts delivering related services and supporting the underpinning applications in the portfolio as well as ensuring services are continually developed & improved. The role consists of working as a Team to ensure that an effective services is provided across the portfolio and ensuring they have sufficient base knowledge in other systems to do this. Application Analysts will have specific technical knowledge in Dynamic 365 and significant experience managing and troubleshooting.

About You:

- Are you a skilled and experienced CRM Analyst with a proven track record in application support?

- Do you have local government experience and worked in Application Operational teams with some project involvement experience?

- Do you have specific CRM Functional, Power App, Technical skills with some basic Azure Administration?
