The Role:

We are seeking to recruit 5 experienced parking Appeals and Representation officers to assist in continuously improving our parking service. The post is based in London Bridge at our Tooley Street offices.

You will contribute to achieving quality customer care, including providing excellent customer service to our residents using your detailed knowledge of parking and traffic enforcement.

You will use your IT, people skills and knowledge to carry out a variety of activities, including dealing with representations, parking appeals and customer complaints at other stages of the statutory process and providing feedback on issues raised to management and contractors.

To ensure that service targets are met, and continuous improvement is achieved.

An essential part of the role is to keep up-to-date with knowledge of the legal framework surrounding parking and traffic enforcement, including Government guidelines and statistical returns.
